More than a dozen undocumented immigrants were rescued from a San Fernando Valley home where they were apparently being held against their will.

The 13 immigrants -- from El Salvador, Guatemala and the Dominican Republic -- were found after a 911 call brought authorities to the home on Sunday afternoon.

The nine men and four women were the ones who called for help, according to authorities, and they are not facing any charges. They claimed to have been victims of human trafficking, police said.

Their cases are being handed over to the Department of Homeland Security.

The investigation is continuing at this hour.
