A human rights group (Fortify Rights) lobbied the United States on April 22 to rank Myanmar among the worst human trafficking offenders in the world for “driving” ethnic minorities into the slave trade.

Dildar left on a fishing boat crammed with other Rohingya Muslims escaping oppression in Rakhine state in the westernmost part of Myanmar, the country formerly called Burma.
